Change of the climate, rainfall and lost of Ozone are a threat to all of us. According to Australian Bureau of statistic, Australia will be hotter and drier in coming decades in result of climate change (Australia's Environment: Issues and Trends, 2006). Sea levels are rising, air quality is getting worse and people are more likely to suffer from skin cancer due to excessive UV radiation. All these effects are consequences of human activities.
Plastic is a massive pollution problem. There are environmental impacts from plastic production, its use even in the areas of disposal and waste management. In Australia’s clean up day in recent years the most common litter found was plastic packaging. Less than 25 percent of plastic used is recycled; the rest will end up in the landfills which produce methane and powerful greenhouse gasses.
Just say NO to plastics
Keeping the future green with Eco Go
Plastic waste causes untold damage to the environment and ozone as well as costing many governments millions of dollars every year for disposal in landfills or to be incinerated which causes toxic gases, which pollute the air and damage the ozone layer. Plastic waste such as bags and food cartons often ends up in landfill sites or discarded on the street. One solution to the problem is to use Eco Go biodegradable packaging that decomposes naturally and has no harmful effects on the environment.
To help us keep our future environment green and safe, Eco Go has discovered the idea keeping the future green. Eco Go has developed products, in cooperation with a leading university in Agriculture in South East Asia, to offer a real alternative to plastic tableware for consumers.
Eco Go products are totally biodegradable; the raw materials are natural, sustainable and completely free from toxic residue. We see the future as being a green, healthy environment for future generations. |
